President Trump backs down on border wall funding

President Donald Trump has indicated that he will ditch plan to find cash his border wall in this week's spending bill. According to Trump's adviser, Kellyanne Conway said funding for the border wall would be left out a budget measure that must pass by Friday. In the Presidential election campaign, Trump promised that for building the wall would be paid by Mexico. But Democrats had threatened to block the bill if money was embarked for the wall, so its omission may now avert a government shutdown.

Afghan defense chiefs resign after Taliban attacks

Afghan defense minister and army chief have resigned over deadly attacks in Army base camp last Friday, the presidential palace said. Insurgents targeted troops leaving Friday prayers at the base's masque in a canteen, the army said. according to army source it was the deadliest attacks by the Taliban on the armed forces since US- led forces drove them from power in 2001.

A boy aged of 12 drives himself in a long Australian route alone

A 12 years old boy who was apparently trying to drive across Western Australia has been stopped by police into his journey, the route is 1,300 km (800 miles) police said. The boy was arrested by the police and came to know that he was reported by his parents he was missing. And he is taken to Broken Hill police station.

High security alert in France for new presidential election

About 50,000 police and 7000 soldiers are being deployed for the presidential election 2017 in France, Voters are going to the polls to choose the new president of their country. Due to the terrorist attacks three days before the security alert is very high and the security organizations are highly alerted for any unpredictable situation all over the country. According to govt.source poling stations in France opened at 08:00 local time, although some overseas territories voting began the voting on Saturday and the voting will be ended at 20:00 night.

Prime Minister of Nepal Puspa Kamal Dahal ( Prachanda) has said that the upcoming local election would not be held at any cost which is going to be held on May 14. He was speaking at a program organized by the Young Communist League ( YCL) and ANFFSU ( Revolutionary), the sister organization of his party CPN Moist Center in Jhapa on Thursday. And he added that election were inevitable for institutionalizing the rights achieved through a long struggle by the people in Nepali history.

President Bidhya Devi Bhandari departures for India for her five days state visit

President Bhandari leaves to India for her first foreign state visit after being elected as the president of Nepal. She will spend up to five days in India, she will be accorded a ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhawan in the morning. President Bhandari will meet her Indian counterpart Pranab Mukharjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan. And, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and Vice President of India M Hamid Ansari will also call on President Bhandari at Rashtrapati Bhawan on the same day.
